Safe Church Conference

The purpose of the Safe Church Conference is to provide education about mandatory reporting laws, resources for background checks and additional training, and to provide sample policies for child abuse prevention and risk reduction.
All churches participating will receive a certificate.

Participating churches who implement policies, conduct background checks, and complete online mandatory reporting training within 90 days of the conference will be presented with a plaque and named as a Safe Church on our website.
Open to all people from all churches! Free of charge, but registration is required (see bottom of page).
