case manager: michael frachiseur
Mike Frachiseur was born in Albertville and grew up in the Lattiwood Community.
He joined the U.S. Army out of high school and served in Ft. McClellan AL, Cp. Casey Korea, and Ft. Campbell, KY. After the Army, he worked at the Guntersville Police Department and served in the Alabama National Guard. Mike is married to Patricia Frachiseur and they have one daughter and three stepchildren. He has been with Family Services of North Alabama since October of 2015 as the Fatherhood Case Manager in Blount, DeKalb, Marshall, and St. Clair counties. Mike intervenes with the court system and advocates for non-custodial parents. He assists them with finding employment, education, and job training. These participants are required to seek employment, attain at least a GED, and participate in state funded job training. This is to help them to support their children and to become a part of the child’s life. The participants are also required to attend parenting classes. |
